Stephanie Kramer
Director of Operations
Stephanie Kramer joined the Office of the Provost as Director of Operations in October of 2026. She oversees the day-to-day management of the Provost’s schedule along with meetings, travel, events, administrative priorities and special projects for the Office of the Provost.
Stephanie brings more than a decade of experience in executive operations, communications and organizational leadership. Most recently, she served as Manager of Marketing and Communications for United Cargo at United Airlines, where she oversaw executive priorities, stakeholder communications and information flow while leading a team of professionals. Throughout her career, Stephanie has coordinated and executed high-profile events, managed budgets and vendor relationships, and supported senior leaders. Earlier roles at Rolls-Royce Business Aviation and AAR Corp. also provided extensive experience with executing complex organizational initiatives.
